Fire and Iron Motorcycle Club – Station 56 OH

Fire and Iron Motorcycle Club was started in Florida almost 10 years ago to allow members of the Fire Service, their families and friends to come together and share in a common interest ... the love of riding motorcycles and the fire service. Fire and Iron MC is now coast-to-coast with approximately 90 stations to date with both male and female members that ride all makes of motorcycles.

Several members of the Harrison Fire Department started Station 56 OH officially in January of 2005. We have 40 + members and are growing every day! The charter members of Station 56 wanted to start a club locally that was made up of any make of motorcycle and was open to anyone related to the fire service. Station 56 is open to anyone related to any fire department in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. We now have membership from over 10 local departments.

Fire and Iron Motorcycle Club is made up of many chapters, known as "stations."  "Station 56" represents the Southwest area of Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Our firefighting membership includes both active and retired individuals from both the career and volunteer fire services from the tri-state area.

In addition to firefighters, we welcome fire mechanics, dispatchers, inspectors, public education specialists, Paramedics etc... Just so long as you are associated with the fire service - you're eligible to join. We welcome all types of riders, from those that use their bike as their sole means of transportation to weekend riders. We welcome all kinds of bikes from vintage Triumph's to Yamaha R6, Harley's and Honda's, you name it and somebody rides it and they are welcome at Station 56.

Living in the tri-state area allows us to take advantage of 8 or more months of riding weather and trust me; we do take advantage of it. One of the main benefits of belonging to our club is to share in the camaraderie and brotherhood that we are accustomed to in the Fire Service.

Fire and Iron Station 56 will always be a part of Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana communities and will be willing to support any ride or event that benefits a good cause.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding our club, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Sincerely,

Jon Payne
